Baptism in ATHENS // Aegaleo

A beautiful celebration at Agios Spyridonas Church.

On a sunny winter Sunday, I had the pleasure of photographing a beautiful baptism at the Agios Spyridonas church in Aegaleo City, located in Athens. The design concept for the event was light blue, reminiscent of a baby’s eyes, and the baby being baptized was a beautiful blonde and blue-eyed boy named Aristides.

As a premier photographer, I had the privilege of capturing all the beautiful moments and emotions of the baptism. The lighting in the church was perfect, casting a warm and inviting glow over the entire ceremony. And the joy and love that filled the church that day was palpable, making it a wonderful experience to photograph.

The church was filled with friends and family, all beaming with happiness and joy as they watched little Aristides receive the sacrament of baptism. The godmother was stunning in her dress, while the godfather looked dapper in his total dark brown suit and dark red dotted papigion.

The baby’s parents were dressed in coordinating, elegant outfits and they glowed with pride as they watched their little one receive the sacrament. The ceremony was touching and heartfelt, with the priest offering blessings and prayers for the baby and his family.

After the baptism in Athens , guests were treated to a candy bar filled with many sweets and fresh juices to celebrate the occasion. It was a delightful and enjoyable way to cap off such a meaningful event.
