Welcome to Politou Vasiliki , a photography service company provided by Apostolou Sotiris. Our services are subject to the following terms and conditions. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Services

Apostolou Sotiris provides photography services, including but not limited to portrait, event, and commercial photography. We strive to deliver high-quality services to all of our clients, but we cannot guarantee the outcome of our services. Our services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

payments

Payment for services must be made in advance of the photography session. We accept payment through bank transfer, credit & debit card, or cash . If a payment is not received or is returned for any reason, we reserve the right to cancel the photography session and retain any deposits or fees as liquidated damages.

cancelations and refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing at least 72 hours before the scheduled photography session. If you cancel within 72 hours of the session, you will be charged 50% of the total fee. If you do not show up for the session, you will be charged the full fee. Refunds will only be given in the case of a cancellation by Apostolou Sotiris.

image usage and copyrights

All images captured by Apostolou Sotiris are protected by copyright law. You are granted a limited license to use the images for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The images may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission from Apostolou Sotiris. If you would like to purchase the commercial usage rights to the images, please contact us for pricing information.

Apostolou Sotiris is committed to protecting the privacy of our clients. We collect and store client information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). We use client information only for the purpose of providing our photography services, and we do not sell or share client information with any third parties.
